Script and episcript in the myth of Saturn

This work introduces a reinterpretation of the figure of Saturn in terms of Transactional Analysis. It begins with the reconstruction of the script apparatus based on the Greek myth and goes on to highlight scripty elements in the development of the figure of Saturn from Antiquity to the Renaissance, from mythological divinity to lord of melancholy.
